Quest Reliability has released four commercial software products that perform fitness-for-service, fracture mechanics analysis, and inspection database management. The fitness for service and fracture mechanics products have capabilities that span the full range of applications, from simple API 579-1 Level 1 assessments to highly advanced Level 3 finite element analyses. The inspection database management product provides a solution for Risk-Based-Inspection, including criticality assessments based on API 581, as well as a broad range of planning, reporting and archiving functions.

- Signal Fitness-for-Service™ is a fitness-for-service and fracture mechanics analysis tool that applies the rules of API 579-1/ASME FFS-1/2007.
- FEACrack™ is a 3D finite element crack analysis program with automatic mesh generation.
- FEAFlaw™ is a 3D finite element program to analyze volumetric flaws such as local thin areas.

- RMS™ is a broad functionality inspection database management system for a whole processing plant, based on API 580/581. It incorporates a methodology for performing Risk Based Inspection (RBI) at plant scale, and calculates a risk ranking in accordance with API 581.
